What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our delivery team, working alongside a CDL Driver/Crew Lead to ensure materials are delivered safely and efficiently—whether on the ground or rooftops. Your work will leave a lasting impression on our customers, making customer service skills just as important as physical strength. When not on deliveries, you'll assist with essential warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude on all deliveries
• Load/unload materials by hand and forklift (training provided)
• Secure truck loads while adhering to weight distribution limits
• Assist in pre-trip inspections and safely operate additional equipment as needed
• Ensure accurate and safe placement of materials at job sites
• Document deliveries with photos and paperwork
• Follow all safety protocols at job sites and in the warehouse
• Perform warehouse duties, including:
• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Conducting inventory counts
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Pulling customer orders and processing returns
• Preparing materials for warehouse transfers

What We’re Looking For

• A professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness and ability to work on rooftops
• Physical capability to lift 50-100 pounds repeatedly (typically 80 lb. shingle bundles)
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Basic math skills for inventory and order management
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
• Roofing industry experience is a plus but not required
